And I wanna play! This is an awesome blog! They do a Christmas Card a week. Do you know what that means? If you participate each week, you will end up with a bunch of cards to send for Christmas without that last minute rush! I love this idea. I wasn't sure if I'd feel the Christmas mojo after Christmas was over, but I was wrong. I actually made TWO cards using their sketch design! So head on over to 52 (Christmas) Card Throwdown and play along!
Ok, so here is Sketch #13:
I used this card in both a horizontal and a vertical orientation, but I think I like the horizontal one better, so that's the one I'll enter. Here it is:

And here's the vertical orientation card:

Both of these are super fun! I LOVE your use of element--especially the patterned papers you chose and that gorgeous bloom! Thanks for joining us at 52CCT! Hope you join us again next time, too! ;)
Both great cards and isn't it good when you can use up leftovers.

Ro, both cards are lovely - and way to go on making one vertical & one horizontal layout! Excellent that you used up some scraps & great use of your lovely embellishments too!
Thanks so much for sharing your cards with us at 52 {C}CT & I hope we see you again very soon! Good luck with the DT call!

Love both of these but I would agree with you and just tip the scales in favour of the horizontal layout. It's great when you can create something so stylish out of just 'scraps' Glad you found our blog and are enjoying playing along

Hi there - I really like both cards but the ticket on the horizontal one really won me over with its great DSP statement and ribbon. Thanks so much for joining us this week at 52CCT! I hope you will keep joining us :o)
Both cards are very beautiful but I have a soft spot for the vertical. I find it particularly pretty!
